Tolia Curriculum
Vera Pulido & Roman Lemberg, The House is Haunted by the Echo of Your Favorite Song
Tuesday, May 26, 2026, 7 to 9.30 pm

As the museum transforms into a series of nested interiors, Vera Pulido (electronics) and Roman Lemberg (keyboards) set up a sound room filled with sonic memorabilia. Opera vocals, organ tones, and music from pathetic psycho-thrillers converge into an uncanny listening session.

The house is haunted

By the echo of your favorite song

The place is cluttered up

With memories that have lived too long

(Basil Adlam / Billie Rose)

Tolia Curriculum is a project conceived by Georgian artist Tolia Astakhishvili, unfolding as a daily schedule of workshops, lectures, screenings, readings, and participatory formats for children and adults. In the lead-up to Figure of the Child, her largest exhibition to date, Astakhishvili opens her production and installation process to the public as she develops her work in situ.

Program Overview
