The health of our visitors and colleagues is of utmost importance to us. We therefore ask you to observe the following guidelines:

Wear a respirator of protection class FFP2 (FFP2 mask) without an exhalation valve or a mask corresponding to an equivalent or higher standard at all times in the museum.
Children up to the age of six are exempt. Children 6-14 years of age are not required to wear an FFP2 mask but only close-fitting mouth-to-nose protection.
Keep a distance of at least 2 meters from other visitors and employees. This also applies when using our seating furniture.
Only use the lifts on your own or with people from your household.
Avoid forming groups.
- Cough or sneeze into a handkerchief or in the crook of your elbow.
- Wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds and use our disinfectant dispensers.
- We ask that you refrain from visiting the museum if you have symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing.
We ask for your understanding that due to the observance of security measures there may be waiting times at the entrance.
