Rules for visiting the museum

The health of our visitors and colleagues is of utmost importance to us. We therefore ask you to observe the following guidelines:

  • Take advantage of online ticket purchasing or pay contactless at the museum if possible.

  • Wear tight-fitting mechanical protection (tight-fitting mouth-nose protection) covering the mouth-nose area at all times in the museum and during guided tours.

  • Children up to the age of six are exempt.

  • Keep a distance from other visitors and employees. This also applies when using our seating furniture.

  • Only use the lifts on your own or with people from your household.

  • Avoid forming groups.

  • Cough or sneeze into a handkerchief or in the crook of your elbow.

  • Wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds and use our disinfectant dispensers.

  • We ask that you refrain from visiting the museum if you have symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing.

We ask for your understanding that due to the observance of security measures there may be waiting times at the entrance.
