ImPulsTanz at mumok

Inspired by the title and the program of the exhibition Double Lives. Visual Artists Making Music, at mumok this summer ImPulsTanz – Vienna International Dance Festival explores the polyamorous relations between dance, music, and choreography. This includes that sometimes repressed, contradictory, and again and again congenial tension that the exhibition title Double Lives entails—the tension between nightlife and art, the legitimate and the antisocial, or simply between the body and aesthetic form.
