As part of the exhibition Enjoy – The mumok Collection in Change, the Re/Actions presentation addresses performative trends and the relationship between action and archive. Beginning with Vienna Actionism, this presentation discusses contexts that particularly focus on international positions and the work of women. The Berlin-based filmmaker and artist Margaret Raspé (born 1933) had many close contacts with artists during the 1970s – her regular guests included several Fluxus artists and Günter Brus, Peter Kubelka, Hermann Nitsch, and Gerhard Rühm. On the occasion of the event on October 6, Margaret Raspé talks about these encounters and the significance they had for her own artistic work. Here is a small preview.
